DESCRIPTION:

Haruharu WONDER Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner is specially formulated for sensitive skin, featuring 95% naturally derived ingredients. This alcohol- and fragrance-free toner combines 2,000 ppm Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract and bamboo shoot bark extract to deliver antioxidant-rich nourishment and hydration. Enriched with 600 ppm Hyaluronic Acid, it helps to lock in moisture and improve skin texture.

Made with 100% locally grown black rice, this toner is gentle yet effective, making it suitable for daily use. Dermatologically tested, it is free of parabens and other harmful ingredients, ensuring a safe and soothing experience for all skin types.

HOW TO USE:

After washing the face, wet a cotton pad with the toner, apply evenly across the face, and pat to fully absorb it.
